Stainless Steel AISI304 Inter-Crimped Wire Mesh Screen for the Infill Panels

Crimped Wire mesh is very popularly used for infill panels and railings applications. Normally, the crimped wire mesh infill panels would be properly framed and installed, as a protective barrier in high-traffic areas, such as jogging paths, stadiums, recreational parks, amusement parks, restaurants, bars, and even residential patios and decks.  Inter-Crimp is another important type of the basic pre-crimp types. Both the warp and weft wires are pre-crimped with extra crimps or corrugations between the points of intersection. This type is usually required when weaving large openings with fine wires. Inter-crimping assures the proper locking of the warp and weft wires, adding rigidity and accuracy.

Because the work environment and requirements are different, before the order, the customers need to supply the full specifications, including the hole size, wire dia., sheet size, and mesh woven type. Generally speaking, crimped wire mesh used in infill panels tends to be custom manufactured, just because there are so many different wire mesh specifications that are often utilized. For example, there are several woven types of crimped wire mesh, single crimped, double crimped, lock crimped, flat-top crimped, and inter-crimped was just one type of them. But it was very commonly used in architecture and design, as an excellent combination of visibility and safety.
