Production technology:
Hot-dip galvanizing process is a long-term anti-corrosion technology, which usually consists of pre-plating, hot-dip galvanizing and post-plating treatment. Pre-plating treatment includes degreasing and degreasing, acid cleaning and rust removal, solvent-assisted plating, drying and other processes, and post-plating treatment includes cooling, passivation and plating piece repair. The process includes: degreasing - water washing - acid washing - water washing - plating agent - drying - hot dip plating - cooling - passivation – maintenance.
