Production process:
Plastic spraying refers to a surface treatment method of spraying plastic powder on products. Plastic spraying is also known as electrostatic powder spraying. It uses a metal electrostatic trigger to make the plastic powder charged, adsorb it on the surface of the metal piece, and then through 180~220 ℃ baking, make the powder melt and adhere to the surface of the metal piece. Plastic spraying products are mostly used for indoor boxes, and the paint film has a flat or matte effect.
Dipping is to evenly spray plastic powder on the metal by heating the metal to form a layer of plastic film, or put the metal parts into the heated dipping solution, so that the plastic powder is coated on the surface of the metal parts after cooling. This process has the characteristics of no need for molds, low processing cost, simple molding, and can process various shapes. It can be divided into hot dip plastic and cold dip plastic according to whether heating is required. It can also be divided into liquid dip plastic and powder dip plastic according to the raw materials of dip plastic.
Compared with these two different processing technologies, the cost of plastic dipping is relatively low, but the quality of the sprayed product is better than that of the dipped product, and the weight is heavier, but the appearance of the product is very smooth and round.
