Filling machine is suitable for filling various windshield washer fluid, mineral water, purified water, wine and other food industries. The pure water filling machine is one of the main equipments in the production of the purified water plant. It is developed based on the advanced technology abroad and according to the filling process requirements of the windshield washer fluid, purified water and other drinks.

Working process:

The bottle is transmitted by air supply channel, and then transmitted to the bottle punching machine of three in one machine by the bottle pulling star wheel. Bottle holder is installed on the back turntable of bottle flushing machine, and the bottle clamp holds the bottle mouth and turns 180 along a guide rail °, Make the bottle mouth down. In the specific area of the bottle punching machine, the bottle flushing water is ejected from the bottle pressing clamp nozzle to wash the inner wall of the bottle. After washing and draining, the bottle is turned 180 times along the guide rail under the bottle clamp °, Make the bottle mouth up. The cleaned bottle is exported by the bottle punching machine through the bottle pulling star wheel and transmitted to the filling machine. The bottle entering the filling machine is stuck by the bottle neck support plate and the bottle is raised under the action of cam, and then the filling valve is opened by the bottle mouth. Gravity filling is adopted for filling. After the filling valve is opened, the material is filled through the filling valve. After the filling, the bottle mouth drops away from the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the transition dial wheel of the bottleneck. The stop knife on the cap spinner is stuck at the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The screw head keeps turning and turning on the cover spinner, and realizes the action of catching, covering, rotating and removing under the action of cam, and completes the whole sealing process. The finished bottle is transferred from the screw cap machine to the bottle delivery chain through the bottle out paddle, and the three in one machine is delivered by the conveying chain.
