Description:

Hot filling is the filling temperature above 85 ℃, which has low requirements for the filling machine and filling room, but the beverage bottle needs high temperature resistance and high cost. For products containing heat sensitive substances and affected by high temperature nutrition and taste, cold filling or medium temperature filling must be used instead of hot filling. However, filling machines are very expensive. At present, most of them are hot filling in China

Beverage hot filling is generally used in the production line of concentrated and reduced fruit juice. This kind of fruit juice uses concentrated fruit juice or fruit powder as raw materials, then mixed with syrup and beverage additives, maintained for about 30 minutes after pasteurization (85-100 ℃), and finally filled. This kind of fruit juice beverage has a long shelf life, usually about one year.

According to the filling principle, the complete set of fruit juice beverage filling equipment can be divided into atmospheric filling machine, pressure filling machine and vacuum filling machine.

Atmospheric pressure filling machine is filling by liquid self weight under atmospheric pressure. This kind of filling machine is divided into regular filling and constant volume filling. It is only suitable for filling low viscosity liquid without gas, such as milk, wine, etc.

The pressure filling machine is used to fill at a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, which can also be divided into two types: one is that the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the filling is carried out by the liquid flowing into the bottle by its own weight, which is called isobaric filling; The other is that the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder is higher than that in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by pressure difference. This method is often used in high-speed production lines. Pressure filling machine is suitable for filling liquid containing gas, such as beer, soda, champagne, etc.

The vacuum filling machine is used for filling when the pressure in the bottle is lower than the atmospheric pressure. This filling machine has simple structure, high efficiency and wide application range for the viscosity of materials, such as oil, syrup, fruit wine, etc.

Process of fruit juice beverage filling machine: the boxes with empty bottles are stacked on the tray, sent to the tray unloading machine by the conveyor belt, and the trays are unloaded one by one. The boxes are sent to the unloading machine with the conveyor belt, and the empty bottles are taken out from the boxes. The empty boxes are sent to the washing machine by the conveyor belt, cleaned, and then transported to the packing machine, so as to load the bottles containing drinks. The empty bottles taken out from the unloading machine are sent to the bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning by another conveyor belt. After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine and meeting the cleaning standards, they enter the filling machine and capping machine. The beverage is loaded into the bottle by the filling machine. The bottles filled with drinks are capped and sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, they are sent to the packing machine for loading into the box, and then sent to the pallet stacking machine for stacking on the pallet and sent to the warehouse.
