Oral liquid filling and capping machine is a device designed for bottled liquid of more than 30ml. It adopts disc positioning upper cap, capping and electromagnetic vibration to send the cap. Oral liquid filling machine is a filling equipment specially designed for new oral liquid easy to pull bottles. The utility model has the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure and convenient operation, and is equipped with a mechanical bottle shortage stop filling device.

Working principle:

(1) Transmission principle: the motor transmits the power to the worm gear shaft of the reducer through the belt pulley, and then the worm gear shaft transmits the power to the shift shaft, filling part and capping head through various gears. The filling part, capping head and each shift wheel act synchronously, and the power is transmitted to the bottle feeding shift wheel device through the bevel gear.

(2) Principle of filling part: the oral liquid bottle is sent from the large bottle feeding dial wheel to the transition dial wheel, and then sent to the synchronous belt by the transition dial wheel. The insert on the synchronous belt drives the bottle to run forward at a uniform speed. Under the control of the tracking mechanism, the filling needle is inserted into the bottle mouth and runs forward synchronously with the bottle to realize tracking filling. The submerged needle rises with the rise of liquid level and plays the role of defoaming.

(3) Cover supply system: it is composed of cover conveying track, cover management head and cover wearing mechanism. The cover management head adopts the principle of electromagnetic spiral oscillation to line up the disordered covers and enter the cover conveying track through the reversing torsion channel. When passing through the cover wearing mechanism, the bottle hangs the cover through the pressure cover plate to make the cover wear correctly.

(4) Capping head: after the oral liquid bottle wears the cover and enters the capping head turntable, the three opened rolling knives will take the bottle as the center, rotate forward with the turntable and press the cover under the control of the cam. At this time, the three rolling knives roll towards the cover at the same time under the action of the cone sleeve. After rolling, they leave the cover and return to the original position at the same time.

(5) Tracking filling mechanism: the servo motor drives the gear and rack to move, so as to drive the filling needle to move back and forth. By adjusting the relative position of the spray needle frame and the mounting frame, the filling needle can be accurately inserted into the middle of the bottle mouth.

Maintenance and installation:

1. Because the filling machine is an automatic machine, the dimensions of easy to pull bottles, bottle pads and bottle caps are required to be unified.

2. Before driving, you must rotate the machine with the handle to see if there is any abnormality in its rotation. After it is determined that it is normal, you can drive.

3. When adjusting the machine, the tools shall be used properly. It is strictly prohibited to use excessive tools or use excessive force to remove parts, so as to avoid damaging the parts or affecting the performance of the machine.

4. Whenever the machine is adjusted, in fact, tighten the loosened screws, turn the machine with the rocker to see whether its action meets the requirements, and then start the machine.

5. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly prohibited to have oil, liquid medicine or glass debris on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, it must:

(1) during the production process of the machine, the liquid medicine or glass debris shall be removed in time.

(2) before shift handover, all parts of the machine surface shall be cleaned once, and clean lubricating oil shall be added to each activity department.

(3) scrub once a week, especially wipe the places that are not easy to clean in normal use or blow them with compressed air.
