Operation Steps:

Maintenance

1. No charging at charging position: several conditions need to be checked:

Is there no material in the hopper? If so, it needs to be fed quickly

No: please check whether the control contactor of the hoist is in the power on state. If it is in the power on state, check whether the motor is in the power on and load state as soon as possible, because it is likely that the bottle preform is stuck in the lifting belt. At this time, the simplest method is to help lift manually.

If the control contactor of the elevator is not in the power on state, please check whether the bottle embryo detection eye is not in the same line with the reflector.

2. Feeding old card feeding tray: This is a headache. From the experience, if the length of the bottle preform is longer and the cutting weight is larger, then this phenomenon is less.

3. The bottle cannot be taken out of the mold after blowing.

First of all, the mold should be opened and closed manually if it is in normal operation.

Please check your exhaust time setting. If the exhaust time setting is normal, and if it fails only by blowing the bottle every time, it can be judged that it is the exhaust valve problem. Please open the exhaust valve and check its spring and seal condition (another phenomenon of this kind of fault is that the exhaust sound is loud or the exhaust sound is not clean).

If you encounter the situation that many molds can't be opened occasionally due to normal production, please check whether there is a screw in the clamping pin. In addition, please check whether the clamping force is too large. If it is too large, it should be readjusted according to the standard.

4. The bottle is always pinched

Whether the position of the manipulator is misplaced.
