Heat resistance

① . heat resistant conveyor belt: Ti type resistance not more than 100 degrees, T2 type resistance not more than 125 degrees, T3 type resistance not more than 150 degrees

② High temperature resistant conveyor belt: the temperature resistant capacity shall not be greater than 200 degrees

③ . burning resistant conveyor belt (metal mesh core conveyor belt): temperature resistance 200-500 degrees

In industrial production, the correct use of conveyor belt is particularly important. The following matters shall be paid attention to in the use of conveyor belt:

1. Prevent the idler from being covered by materials, resulting in poor rotation, prevent material leakage from being stuck between the drum and the belt, and pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part of the conveyor belt, but do not oil the conveyor belt;

2. Prevent the conveyor belt from starting under load;

3. If the conveyor belt deviates, timely take measures to correct it;

4. In case of local damage of conveyor belt, artificial cotton shall be used for timely repair to avoid expansion;

5. Prevent the conveyor belt from being blocked by frame, pillar or block materials to prevent breakage and tearing.

During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt shall be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow, prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances, and be one meter away from the heating device.

During storage, the warehouse temperature should be kept between 18-40 ℃ and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%.

During storage, the conveyor belt shall be placed in rolls without folding, and shall be turned once a quarter during storage.

Conveyor belts of different types, specifications and layers should not be connected together, and their joints should preferably be bonded.

The type, structure, specification and number of layers of conveyor belt shall be reasonably selected according to the service conditions.

Generally, the running speed of the conveyor belt shall not be greater than 2.5 m / s. low speed shall be used as far as possible for materials with large block and high wear and fixed unloading device.

The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the conveyor and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission drum and the redirection drum, and the requirements for the idler groove angle shall be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.

The feeding direction shall be along the running direction of the conveyor belt. In order to reduce the impact on the conveyor belt when materials fall, chute shall be adopted to reduce the falling distance of materials; In the material receiving section of the conveyor belt, the idler spacing shall be shortened and the buffer idler shall be used as the material leakage. The belt shall comply with the requirements and adopt a soft and appropriate baffle plate to prevent the baffle plate from being too hard and scratching the belt surface of the conveyor belt.
