A Complete Biomass Pellet Production Line consists of multiple machines such as wood chipper, wood hammer mill, wood sawdust dryer, wood pellet machine, pellet cooler machine, pellet packing machine, and conveyors for transporting the materials. Depending on the raw materials, you may need different machines in the production line. For instance, if the raw materials are wood sawdust, then a wood sawdust dryer, pellet machine, pellet cooler machine, and pellet packing machine are sufficient. Whereas if the raw materials are rice husk, you just need a pellet machine, pellet cooler, and pellet packing machine.
The most significant machine in the line is the pellet machinery, so it's crucial to choose the right pellet machine. The Wood Pellet Making Machine has a reasonable structure, making it advantageous in terms of stable operation, high forming rate, and great output. Its main components are a power part, transmission part, granulation part (the core parts of which are the mould and pressure wheel), automatic lubrication part, and air-cooled dust removal part. The pellet machine is extensively used in biomass fuel, animal feed, pharmaceutical and chemical, food industries.
The pellet machine gear box adopts three-stage gear deceleration, the carrying capacity is 5 times larger than the old model, and the service life is super long. It is made by five axis gantry CNC machining center, ensure the quality and precision of the gearbox. Also, it is connected with Chinese standard motor by coupling directly, increase kinetic energy conversion rate and improve production efficiency, meanwhile, maintenance is more conveniently. All motor brands we cooperated are all well-known in domestic.
The main shaft of the pellet machine is made of 45# steel. In order to increase the hardness and service life of the shaft, it is processed by precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining.
The driving motor of the feeding system adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, Longer life and more stable operation, with disc type discharging pellets, the discharge is smoother and the forming degree is better.
The pellet machine has two sets lubricating system, grease pump and circulating lubricating oil pump. The grease pump, which mainly lubricates two rollers in pellet machine. The circulating lubricating oil pump, which mainly lubricates the pellet machine main shaft bearings and gearbox and the material dial part. Gear box lubrication pump is equipped with flow detection and over-pressure protection, which can prevent equipment failures caused by poor lubrication effectively. The gear box lubrication pump comes with a cooling fan, can cool down the lubricating oil without stopping the machine, ensuring long-term operation.
There are two kind die of the pellet machine: one made of alloy steel, one made of stainless steel material, quenched in a vacuum furnace, and the die has uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistant. The die holes are processed by high-speed gun drilling, the holes are arranged evenly, and the inside of the holes is smooth. Up and down all can be used.

The machine XGJ is available in four different models, XGJ560A, XGJ560-6th, XGJ560-7th and XGJ560-8th, respectively.
The main power of XGJ560A is 90KW, and the capacity ranges from 1 to 1.5tons per hour. The weight is 4.6T, and the dimension is 2300*1300*1800mm.
XGJ560-6th has a main power of 132KW and the capacity ranges from 1.5 to 2tons per hour, with a weight of 4.8T and dimension of 2300*1300*1850mm.
XGJ560-7th has the same main power and capacity range as XGJ560-6th, but the weight is 5T and the dimension is 2400*1250*1900mm.
XGJ560-8th has a higher weight of 5.3T than the first three models, and its dimension is 2520*1500*1770mm.
The strongest model is XGJ850, with a main power of 220KW. Its capacity ranges from 2.5 to 3.5tons per hour, with a weight of 13T and dimension of 3000*1600*2300mm.
