The Pellet Machine Gear Box adopts three-stage gear deceleration, with a carrying capacity that is five times larger than its old model and a super long service life. It is made by a five axis gantry CNC machining center, guaranteeing its quality and precision. The gearbox is connected with Chinese standard motor by coupling directly, increasing kinetic energy conversion rate and thus improving production efficiency, while maintenance is more conveniently. The Main Shaft of the pellet machine is made of 45# steel. To increase the hardness and service life of the shaft, it is been processed by precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining.

The New Kick-out System has adopted a hard tooth surface reducer for its driving motor (for the feeding system), resulting in a longer life and more stable operation. Disc type discharging pellets are used, making discharge smoother and the forming degree better.

The Lubrication Pump has two sets of system: one is the grease pump, which mainly lubricates two rollers in the pellet machine; the other is a circulating lubricating oil pump, which mainly lubricates the pellet machine main shaft bearings, gearbox, and material dial part. The gear box lubrication pump is equipped with flow detection and over-pressure protection, which prevens equipment failures caused by poor lubrication effectively. It also comes with a cooling fan, cooling down the lubricating oil without having to stop the machine, thus ensuring long-term operation.

The Ring Die comes in two different materials: one is alloy steel, and the other is stainless steel. They are both quenched in a vacuum furnace, with uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistant. The die holes are processed through high-speed gun drilling, with the holes arranged evenly and the inside of the holes having a smooth surface. Both the upper and parts of the die can be used.
