Fully Biomass Pellet Production Line
The fully biomas pellet production line includes wood chipper, wood hammer mill, wood sawdust dryer, wood pellet machine, pellet cooler machine, pellet packing machine and conveyors for transporting materials. Its application mainly depend on the raw materials condition. For example, if your raw materials are wood sawdust, you only need wood sawdust dryer, pellet machine, pellet cooler machine, pellet packing machine.On the other hand, if your raw materials are rice husk, you only need pellet machine, pellet cooler, pellet packing machine.
The key machine of the line is pellet machinery, so it is most important to choose the right pellet machine. Wood Pellet Making Machine has the advantages of reasonable stucture, stable operation, high forming rate and high output. It mainly consists of power part, transmission part, granulation part (the core components are mould and pressure wheel), automatic lubrication part, air-cooled dust removal part.
Among all pellet machines, Jinzhao the 8th generation pellet machine is the most famous one. The power part is composed of motor, reducer and coupling connected with the driven shaft. Common motor or Siemens brand Series Motors can be adopted according to the material character. The transmission part includes gear, bearing, frame, press roller, quincunx rack pressure wheel bracket. This part has the effect of reducing the moment of inertia of motor.
The gear box of pellet machines adopts three-stage gear deceleration, providing five times larger carrying capacity than the old model. It also ensures a super long service life. Moreover, it is made with five-axis gantry CNC machining center, making sure its quality and precision. It is connected with Chinese standard motor by coupling directly for enhanced kinetic energy conversion rate and improved production efficiency.
The main shaft is made of 45# steel, which has gone through precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining in order to increase its hardness and prolong its service life. The newly designed kick-out system adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, providing longer durability and more stable operation. It is also enabled with disc type discharging pellets, yielding smoother discharge and better forming degree.
The pellet machine has two sets of lubricating system, including grease pump and circulating lubricating oil pump. The former is mainly for two rollers lubrication, while the latter mainly for main shaft and gearbox lubrication. Additionally, its gear box lubrication pump is well equipped with flow detection and over-pressure protection for preventing equipment failures due to insufficient lubrication, and a cooling fan to enable long-term operation.
In terms of ring die, there are two types. One is made of alloy steel, the other is from stainless steel material. Both of them have been quenched in vacuum furnace for uniform hardness and soil, as well as super wear-resistance. Additionally, high-speed gun drilling is used to make the pores, which are evenly located and having smooth inner surface, thus both sides are available
