Raw Materials for pellet machine
1. For feed stuff use:
The compressed piece is suitable to be used as fuels and feed stuff of animals, such as horse, sheep, deer, pig, chicken, etc. Such machines are suitable for farms, and organic herbal medicine and chemical industry etc.
2.For wood pellets use:
This series flat die pellet presses can be used for producing wood pellets. Wood pellets are made of all kinds of wood sawdust and wood waste particle.
3. For biomass pellets use:
Biomass pellets are made of peanut sheller, corn stalk and other biomass materials. Crushed agriculture waste including corn stalks, cotton stalks, wheat straw, rice husk, corn cob, groundnut shell,etc.
Working principle of pellet machine
Besides materials crushing machine, pellet cooling machine and pellet packing machine, the most important part in a biomass pellet
line is the pellet mill. However the most important part of a pellet mill is in the pelletizing chamber. Electric flat die wood pellet mill pelletizing chamber contains a stable pellet die and a rotating roller. There are a series of pellet holes on the pellet die.
When the roller is driven by the electric engine and begins to rotate, the raw materials between the die and the roller will be compress by the extrusion pressure and the friction caused by the die and roller. Finally, the materials will be compressed in pellet
and come out from the pellet holes on the die.
