Rice Husk Briquetting Machinery Biomass Wood Sawdust Charcoal Briquette Machine
This machine can produce briquette from sawdust, wood, rice husk, bagasse, peanut shell, coconut shell, peanut shell & other woody material. And the finished briquette can be used to make charcoal.
1. The moisture of raw material must be between 8%-12%.
2. Use the hot air drying heating system with excellent performance.
3. No binder or noxious chemical need to use.

How does the briquette machine work
The whole briquette process is to compress the raw material under high pressure and high temperature. The machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquette process, binds the particles of biomass together, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.

1). When processing, no binder is needed. As the natural lignin content in biomass can be liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature. It serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together.
2). Equipped with CE motor & electric closet, improve machine security coefficient and prolong machine service life.
3). The shape of the briquette can be hexagonal, round, square at your request.
4). Briquette length can be set as your request, and with automatically briquette breaking device, labor saving.
5). Advanced design, make the power consumption 60% lower and increase the production 2 to 3 times.
6). Briquette produced by this machine is of high density, 1.1-1.4g/cm3, and easy to burn.
The process for briquetting press as follow:
1 Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2 Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3 Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4 Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5 Carbonized the briquette stick
