Charcoal briquette making machine is a main equipment which is made of wood, rice hull, peanut shell, plant straw and other carbon containing wood materials (without adding any additives), and is made into rod solid fuel under high pressure and high temperature.
This machine can produce different shape,include hexagon shape,square shape,finger shapeThe normal length is 10-12 cm,the diameter is 5cm;the length can be adjusted by the Infrared sensor probe,adjust the distance between the probe and the mold.
Working principle of charcoal briquette making machine
Charcoal briquette making machine is using sawdust, straw (corn straw, soybean straw, sorghum straw, cotton stalk, rape straw, peanut, sunflower stalk), rice husk, grasses, shrubs, bamboo head, butts, such as bagasse as raw material, high temperature and high pressure area is formed after wood crusher in the spiral propulsion device and the heating ring under the action of loose material into the hollow rod. The product has high density, small size, good flammability, and can replace firewood and coal. The general products outside diameter 50-60mm, diameter 15-20mm, hollow four or six angle form. It can also be made into spherical, granular and honeycomb coal.
