The Animal Food Pellet Making Machine uses a template, and the pressure roller is made of high-quality alloy steel after special treatment. The main shaft and the flat mold drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction. The pressure roller and the template produce high temperature to mature the starch, and the protein is denatured and solidified. Under the pressure of the pressure roller The pellets are discharged from the die hole, and the pellets are sent out of the machine through the throwing plate. The length of pellets can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the cutting knife. The flat die pellet mill works on vertical principle. The raw material is put into the hopper from above, and then it drops down into the pelletizing area.
