1. hammer mill CF420

Function: It can crush your materials (wheat straw) into powders, the output powders’ length is less than 6mm.

Working principle: Hammer mill is crushing materials mainly by impact. When the materials come into working chamber of the hammer mill, suffer the impact of high-speed rotary hammers and are crushed, then the crushed materials obtain kinetic energy from hammer sheets, rush toward to the baffle of the frame body and sieve at a high speed, at the same time, materials hit each other, are crushed repeatedly, when the materials’ size is smaller than the diameter of the sieve holes, they will be discharged from the holes.

2. Screw conveyor

Function: It can transport the wheat straw powders into pellet machine.

Working principle: Added materials due to centrifugal force and friction force random shell rotates together and lifted after he slipped along the helical surface gravity of materials, so that the material is rotated together with the solenoid in order to achieve the material moves forward as does not rotate screw nut rotating along translational motion as to achieve the purpose of transportation of materials.

3. Ring die pellet machine 400-37

Function: Ring die wood pellet machine is one kind of biomass energy pellet machinery, it is mainly used for making wood, straw, cotton stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo, empty fruit bunch, animal manure, pulverized coal and waste paper into fuel pellets.

Working principle: In the process of working, the roller wheels rotate clockwise in a certain speed driven by the main motor. With good materials into the granulating chamber, the materials begin to be ingested into work area, the pressing roller begin to rotate clockwise with the help of the friction in the working area. The materials move forward faster with the pressing roller rotating, squeeze pressure and materials’ density gradually increase. When the squeeze pressure increases enough to overcome the friction between materials which inside of the mold holes and inner war of the mold holes, the materials have a density and bond strength would be squeezed into the ring mold holes. Due to the continuous rotation of the pressing roller, the materials continue to be squeezed into the ring mold holes, the materials which inside of the ring mold holes are shaped after continuous extrusion of the ring mold holes, then cut by the cutter to form pellets.

4. Cooler

Function: It can reduce the temperature of the pellets.

Working principle: High temperature pellets come into cooling chamber, through the feeder evenly distributed to the surrounding cooler, cooling the lower cooling air through the machine each stencil aperture into the cooking zone, the air flow through the materials from the outlet discharge.
