Technical Parameters:

We offer a wide variety of thicknesses, ranging from 0.1mm to 0.5mm, with widths of both 1260mm and 1400mm. One can select the length of the roll, which is between 100 to 400m, and choose from designs such as wood grain, solid color, marble, and brick. Applications:

For different applications, there are various different processes that can be undertaken to finish the job.

The first is Membrane Press (vacuum press). With this process, material that is 0.20 and 0.50mm thick can be applied to MDF, particleboard, wooden boards, and fiberboards for the production of doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture. With this process, embossed board can be applied and five surfaces can be done at once.

The next process is Wrapping Profiles. This process is suitable for the application of materials that are between 0.12 and 0.18mm thick. It can be applied to various kinds of profiles, including the likes of wood, aluminium, and PVC. This process is often used to form door frames, window sills, base channels, and PVC ceilings.

Cold Laminating is a process that is used frequently and is applicable for material thicknesses of between 0.12 and 0.20mm. This can be used on a range of flat panels, including those of wood, metal, aluminium, and PVC. This is often used for the production of doors and furniture.

Hot Laminate is similar to Cold Laminate but requires heat to activate the bonding process. This is suitable for materials that are between 0.16 and 0.30mm thick, and used mainly for PVC panel, steel panel, and aluminium panel-based doors and skirting boards.

The final process is Self-adhesive, which needs to be applied to smooth surfaces. This is suitable for materials that are between 0.10 and 0.20mm thick and available in 600mm and 1220mm wide rolls with lengths of 5 to 50 metres. This is mainly used for furniture and indoor decorations.
