Panel Furniture Automatic Production Line
This is a complete automatically flexible cabinet/office furniture/kitchen cabinet/ wardrobe production line.
Features
1. This is complete automatically cabinets production line, cabinet or panel furniture
2. The whole processing is completely managed by the cabinets' design software. all the data is in the cloud.
3. When the product was finish designed, the designer can export the BOM and NC program. everything was finish online, and all the data was saved in the cloud.
4. This production has been configured with Two flexible CNC Sizing router+Robot unloading+Two edge banding lines with cycling conveyors.+Two six-side CNC Drilling machine+Sorting systems. all the machines will connect to the internet for data transfer and processing updating.
5. Before the flexible sizing, the labeling system will automatically put the labels on the panel which needs to be cut.
6. After Sizing, the robot will transfer the panels to the edge banding line.
7. When the panels go to the Drilling workstation, the scanner will scan the bar code on the panel, and then the six sides boring machine will identify the panel, and upload the NC program from the cloud.
