• l The panel presser of slotting motor adopts linear guide rail guidance and synchronization, which improves the stability of pressing;

• Air floating working platform reduces the touch between panel and platform, so the surface of panel is not easy to be scratched.
• The down working unit adds a separate Blum hinge hole drilling package, which can drill hinge holes perfectly and efficiently;
• Super large pressure-stabilized gas storage tank makes the working pressure stabler.
• The compressed air supercharger keeps the pressure stable and makes the drilling depth more accurate.
• Two large pressure shoes, increase the pressure stability, make the drill hole more accurate.

• l The intelligent side aligner can automatically measure the width of the panel and correct the error of panel placement in time.

• 3.Transmission and core components
• It adopts precision gear rack transmission. The rack precision is DIN6, and it is ground by a precision grinder. High precision, no special refueling and maintenance are required.
• CNC drill package is produced by Taiwan Puten (HOLD brand), and it also adopts high-grade grinding gear transmission with high accuracy.
• Two clamp hands are controlled by Servo for accurate positioning. When the gripper moves quickly, the lower gripper plate sinks to avoid touching the plate. The gripper is equipped with blowing function, which can blow off the dust on the gripper and avoid pinching the plate.
• 4.Dust collection
• Each processing part is equipped with dust collector.

• The processed and waiting-to-processing files are displayed separately, which is convenient to check whether the processing panel is missing.
• Multi-axis numerical control system, multi-channel technology. Scanning and processing simultaneously to line up panels waiting for processing, it reduces the time for scanning codes. At the same time, the discharging and processing control adopts multi-channel control technology, so the clamp will return to the receiving position for catching new panel once processed panel discharged.
• Network realizes remote service, remote machine update and backup, bus communication technology, which can provide all kinds of alarm information more conveniently and in detail, and better interface with MES system.
