Introduction:

Vertical calcium powder machine is a kind of equipment which uses grinding roller and grinding ring to realize ultra-fine grinding of dry materials. The materials enter into the crushing chamber through the screw feeder, and the pressure air is injected into the crushing chamber at a high speed through a specially configured supersonic nozzle. The material accelerates in the supersonic nozzle jet, and repeatedly impacts and collides at the intersection of nozzles to achieve crushing. When the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, the coarse particles above the grading diameter will return to the crushing chamber for further impact crushing, and the fine particles below the grading diameter will enter the cyclone separator and capture with the airflow The gas is collected by the collector and discharged by the induced draft fan.

Working principle:
The equipment is composed of frame, central shaft, hammer, blade and other main parts. The central shaft rotates at 3900 revolutions per second through the motor. There are four rows of twelve hammers in the main engine, which are arranged in turn from top to bottom. The inner wall is equipped with high manganese tooth lining board. The materials enter the crushing chamber on the top. After the high-speed impact and shear between the hammer head and the liner plate, the materials can reach the required fineness. After being separated by the fineness analyzer, the impurities are taken away with the air flow, and the impurity particles are discharged at the lower discharge port.
