Introduction of  internal combustion type multifunctional dryer:

Internal combustion multi-functional dryer, also known as sawdust dryer and shaving dryer, is to continuously add particles and flake wet materials into the drying pipe by screw conveyor. In the transportation and dispersion of high-speed hot air, the moisture in wet materials is evaporated to obtain powder or granular dry products. It is mainly composed of air heater, feeder, air drying pipe, cyclone separator and fan.

The internal combustion multifunctional dryer adopts a new type of heat conduction tube structure, which greatly increases the heating area of materials, and ensures that the materials are heated evenly. Working principle of internal combustion type multifunctional dryer:

The hot air stove, feed port, rotary cylinder, filter tube, material conveying pipe, cooling tube and discharge port of the internal combustion multifunction dryer are located on the active roller. The active roller drives the rotating drum to rotate at low speed by motor and deceleration drive. The feed port is set between the heat generating furnace and the rotating drum, and the rotary drum is equipped with stir fried blade, and the rotary drum is connected with the filter drum There is a baffle plate, and a small hole is opened on the baffle plate.

One end of the filter cylinder is connected with the rotating cylinder, the other end is connected with the material conveying pipe, and the filter cylinder is equipped with a block, and the bottom of the filter cylinder is equipped with slag discharge hole. One end of the cooling drum is connected with the material conveying pipe through a blower, and the other end is connected with the discharge port. Because of the above structure, the material can be dried in the rotating cylinder.
