Introduction of Drum Chipper
Drum chipper is a kind of special machine to slice the wood for the production of high-quality wood chips.It is a kind of advanced crushing machine based on the advantages of many other crushers. It is developed by using the theories of lashing, shearing, impacting, grinding.
Drum chipper is mainly used to crush big wood logs or wood timber,plywood,wood branches,furniture waste into small chips,the thickness of last chips is 3mm-5mm, length and width is about 15-30mm, it is wood chips not wood shavings. By adjusting knives gap, outlet chips dimension will be adjusted.
Drum chipper machine contains long feeding belt conveyor, when conveying logs, the speed can be adjusted also it can connect with outlet conveyor to transport away crushed wood chips.The wood chipper can work on the ground,outlet conveyor at the chipper bottom,then will no need to make foundation. Also can install outlet conveyor at the behind of wood chipper then just need to do foundation under the ground.

4.The fly knives fixed on the roller, by special bolts which special designed for fly knives, according to the different thickness of raw material, the top feed mechanism could be adjusted automatically; the small chips drop through screen, the large size material will stay inside machine and get chipped again.
5.The hydraulic system designed to be refill by manual operation, so that the cover shell of machine could be opened, easier for user to replace the parts and knives, also convenient for adjusting the space between knives and dead knives.
