Colored 304 Stainless Steel Wire Helicoils Thread Insert For Industrial Plastics
Introduction
Thread inserts is made of high-quality austenitic stainless steel material, which forms a reliable internal thread after installation and embedding. It can significantly improve the strength and wear resistance of low-strength engineering materials such as aluminum, magnesium, copper alloy, plastic, plexiglass and rubber board. Applied to steel parts, cast steel and cast iron, it can improve the durability of screws, prevent screws loose and fall off due to various vibration, fatigue fracture and improve the fatigue resistance strength of screws in connection. The advantages of thread inserts are: high wear-resisting tensile strength, low thread friction, high surface quality, excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
The surface of the Thread Inserts is made of an environmentally friendly pigment (in accordance with ROHS) and painted green or red. It can be coated with a dry film lubricant. The advantages are as follows:
1. It can be used to distinguish between different specifications and different uses of Thread Inserts products, which is convenient for warehouse batch management.
2. After installation, it can be significantly different from the base color of die-casting aluminum workpiece, which is conducive to check whether the mounting depth of the Thread Inserts is appropriate and whether there is leakage or wrong mounting after the assembly.
