Machine Main Information:
1. Machine designed for the coiling,binding and film shrink packing process of cable, it tightens the finished coils, making it easy for the next process for the coils;
2. Controlled by PLC and touch screen, easy to operate;
3. Adopt servo motor flat cable system, ensuring precise control on the appearance of finished product;
4. The PLC mode has already stored 99 wire packaging settings, if the user would like to choose a different packaging method, simply load a new setting, and the machine will be ready to operate;
5. Binding tension is adjustable according to product characteristics;

7. This line could also be followed with an optional automatic/intelligent stacking and palletizing system, which uses robotic arms to replace human labor, increasing efficiency and reducing labor cost. One system could be used to stack and palletize 3 production lines.
Hollow film heat shrink packing description:
1. Fully automatic packaging machine, automatic film feeding and coil conveying system without manual;
2. Packaging type, cuff structure, hollow coil in the middle, packed with heat shrinkable film around.

4. When the coil size changes, the adjustment is very simple, only replacing the film is ok .
5. Automatic feeding, the length and diameter are combined by an electric eye and a timer, automatically adjusted, equipped with an induction motor, and automatically take up waste materials. The temperature controller adopts the imported digital display temperature controller, the sealing knife adopts the American DuPont Teflon spray anti-sticking and high temperature resistant aluminum alloy knife. The sealing place is strong, without cracking, coking, smoke and zero pollution.
7. Equipped with imported detection photoelectric, one set of horizontal and vertical detection, it is convenient to switch and choose, and the sealing can be easily completed.
