Heat Shrinkable Tube Heater Machine for FEP PTFE Materials
This machine is a heat shrinkable tube heating machine with a conveyor belt that is designed for mass production. The heating system and the conveyer work together to ensure that the heat shrinkable tube is precisely heated without damaging the wire. The conveyor belt's speed is kept consistent by manually changing the speed. The heat shrinkable tube of various sizes can be heated, and the vertical and parallel distances between the heating port and the conveyor belt can be modified. It's ideal for heating FEP heat shrinkable tubes at high temperatures, as well as broad diameter and long heat shrinkable tubes.
It is possible to select one side or two side heating depending on the heat shrinkable tube's heating requirements.
The width of the heating region, as well as the left and right positions, can be modified by the user to fit the size of the heat shrinkable cable, saving energy and ensuring that the wire is not harmed.
The unit is secure and durable, with double insulation and a solid machine shell that can operate in high temperatures for a long time.
The outlet has a temperature sensor that can change the temperature based on the user's needs. Temperature control accuracy is 1°C.
It has overheating overload security, power cut protection, emergency stop turn, and phase sequence protection, which ensures the equipment's safety, does not emit exhaust gas, and complies with environmental regulations. It can run continuously 24 hours a day, all year.
