Energy Saving Double-side Heat Shrinkable Tube Heater
The intelligent temperature-adjustable double-sided heat-shrinkable tube heating system is ideal for heating heat-shrinkable tube shrinkage in wire harness manufacturing. It can change the temperature to meet the needs of the manufacturing process, and it has a fast contraction period. It has the ability to shrink to any duration and operate nonstop for 24 hours. The heat shrinkable tube is heated uniformly thanks to unidirectional reflective thermal materials.

The heating area's shell is made of double-layer heat insulation, which separates the inside and outside temperatures, saving energy and protecting the working atmosphere.
The heating box's heat-reflecting inner wall ensures that the heating has a uniform heating effect.
The conveyor belt heating box is fully closed, and the input and output ends of the heating box have a sliding door that can rise and fall to effectively avoid heat source leakage, protect the working environment, save energy, and improve the machine's capacity to perform several tasks with one machine.
The height of the infrared heating tube can be easily adjusted. Ensure that the distance between the light source and the conveyor belt is consistent.
