Description of characteristics
The automatic line terminal pressing machine is a fully automatic multifunctional machine which integrates feeding, cutting, stripping and pressing end. Traditional line pressing terminal is manual operation, not only low efficiency, but also unstable product quality. Moreover, operators should continuously and highly concentrate on eye power to repeat the same action, and the eyes are easy to fatigue. The company has been operating in the online material terminal industry for many years, and has accumulated rich technology and experience. After more than 2 years, it has a wide potential: mainly used for pressing: pH, XH, eh, Zh and other color row communication harness terminals, Sn, SM, V DuPont and other connector line terminals
Cost saving: front end delivery, back end finished products, all processes are completed automatically, saving customers a lot of production costs
Good stability: the eccentric shaft and cam structure are used for end striking, and the terminal pressure force is balanced, so that the wire harness terminals are pressed neatly, with good consistency and very stable product quality. The machine is stable in operation and high in finished product rate. High precision: step motor is used to control cut-off, the stripping length of the split line is 0.1mm.
Precise position: servo motor driver is used to control the line travel, and the terminal is controlled accurately, which ensures the continuity performance of the wire harness and the line.
Various ways of striking end: use steering mechanism. Switch the direction of terminal pressing at both ends of the line
Automatic: automatic production, labor cost saving: cut off and peel off the line from the fixed length of the incoming and outgoing lines. The process of pressing double (single) head terminals is completed automatically without human participation.
