Double Sides Temperature Control Wiring Harness Heat Shrinkable Tube Heating Machine
This heat shrinkable tube heating system has double-sided heating that uniformly heats the shrinkable tube (local heating does not harm the wiring harness). The temperature of the heating zone, the conveying speed, and the width of the heating zone can all be adjusted.
Composition of the equipment Control system + heating unit (optional auxiliary conveyor)
Temperature control on both sides of the heater. This unit is equipped with a digital electronic thermostat that regulates the temperature of the heating tube in order to maintain temperature balance. To ensure job quality, it can be run continuously for 24 hours.
Adjustable heating zone width: The user can change the heating zone width based on the size of the heat shrinkable tube, saving energy and preventing cable damage.
Heating zone heat insulation design: The heating zone shell's double design is filled with insulation materials to separate the internal and external temperatures, saving energy and protecting the working environment.
