How to adjust the weaving machine:
Plain weave opening unit and its adjustment, the Warp opening is realized by the system of cam pair, pedal rod and treading rod
The tappet is installed at the local position of the opening in the reference that the crankshaft angle is 315 degree,It can be adjusted to comply with diffrent net patterns.
The openging range shall be adjusted to the minimum as much as possible to ensure the head if the rapier can pass through, and when the opening is at the largest, the upper layer of warp line shall be kept at 8mm away from the rapier belt to ensure a high quality of net surfaCE and protect the warp line from being pull apart because of any excessively large tensile force.
