Welded Steel Grating is made by welding with flat steel and bars with certain distances. It goes through cutting, opening, edging and other processes. Surface process of welded steel gratings: there are three types:hot-dipped galvanized , electro-galvanized and spraying brushing and soaking.anti-acid and alkali corrosion capacity the range PH6 to PH12.5,a stable protective film will be formed on the zinc surface.it has good anti-corrosive property.surface treatment.
Tolerance welded steel grating
The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/-5 mm.
The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10% of width of bearing bar.
Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm.
