Hexagonal Wire Netting

Hexagonal wire netting is also known as twist net, heat preservation net, soft side net.

Hexagonal wire netting is a wire mesh made of hexagonal mesh woven by metal wire. The diameter of metal wire used is different according to the size of hexagon. If it is hexagonal wire with zinc coating, metal wire with wire diameter of 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm is used; if it is hexagonal mesh woven by PVC coated metal wire, PVC (metal) wire with outer diameter of 0.8 mm to 2.6 mm is used to screw into hexagon. The line at the edge of outer frame can be made into single side, double side and movable side wire.

(1) Galvanized large wire hexagonal mesh is woven with high-quality low-carbon steel wire. The tensile strength of steel wire is not less than 38kg / m2, and the diameter of steel wire can reach 2.0mm-4.0mm. The surface of steel wire is usually protected by hot-dip galvanizing. The thickness of galvanized protective layer can be made according to the requirements of customers, and the maximum amount of zinc plating can reach 300g / m2.

(2) Galvanized wire wrapped plastic hexagonal mesh is a layer of PVC protective layer on the surface of galvanized iron wire, and then woven into various specifications of hexagonal mesh. This layer of PVC protective layer will greatly increase the service life of the net, and through the selection of different colors, it can be integrated with the surrounding natural environment.
