Introduction
The technical field of wire drawing machine specifically relates to a die fixing device at the outlet of wire drawing machine, which comprises a support plate, one end of the upper surface of the support plate is fixed with a pay off frame, the lower end of the front surface of the pay off frame is rotationally connected with a turntable, the metal wire is fixed above the outer wall of the turntable, and the die box is fixed above the other end of the outer wall of the pay off frame.
The other end of the upper surface of the support plate is fixed with a drum seat; Through the setting of fixing ring, screw and shaft sleeve, the number of three screws can center the shaft sleeve from three directions of the fixing ring. The size of the three screws is the same, which is convenient to squeeze the shaft sleeve to the middle position and fix the position, so as to prevent the wire drawing die set on the inner side of the shaft sleeve from shaking and make the copper alloy wire for drawing fluctuate, Through the setting of spring and extrusion plate, the arc extrusion plate can squeeze the copper alloy wire with good elasticity curled on the outer wall of the drum under the rebound force of the compressed spring.
