Equipment configuration
1. Swing arm tension paying off frame: reel ∮ 800, wire storage wheel diameter Ø 250, 4 pieces at the top and 3 pieces at the bottom.
2. Meter counter: up and down manual counter pressure wheel meter, with encoder for meter counting, 4 turns and 1 meter.
3. Looping host: (left mobile phone in production direction)
3.1 It is used to tie wires into circles. It adopts fixed movable disc structure, which is convenient to take wires and adjustable in width.
3.2 Two cable arrangement methods:
(1) Automatic crowding: the hard wire arrangement depends on the stress of the wire itself. Using the scientific principle of pulley combination, it can ensure that the pitch and diameter of the wire arrangement are not affected, so that the wire arrangement is neat and beautiful.
(2) Polished rod positioner: the external Φ 20 polished rod positioner actively arranges positions, and the row spacing and row width can be adjusted with the size of wire diameter. Solve the problems of difficult commutation and overlap due to small stress of multi-core flexible cable and flat wire. The positioning wheel can be adjusted by 2 ~ 20mm.
(3) It is equipped with two-stage meter counting, speed reduction and shutdown functions. When the first set section is long, it will slow down in advance, and when the second set section is long, it will stop immediately without exceeding the set length.
(4) Power of take-up motor: take-up speed is 0 ~ 480 rpm, 5hp-4-pole motor is controlled by frequency converter, and the frequency converter brand is Haipu Monte.
