Overview:

The cable cutter  is located above the grease tube upper check valve, next to the lower end of the grease tube inlet. Its role is mainly that the cable is stuck in the work to help it not be able to carry out any movement, at this time, the shear can be used to cut the cable cleanly, so as to recover.

Structural features

The cable cutter is composed of a shell, a body, a shear piston, a plug cap, a pressure cap, a bushing, etc.

The body is installed on the shell, the shear piston is loaded into the shell and the body at the same time, and the cutter body is driven by hydraulic pressure to achieve the effect of cutting the cable.

The cable cutter pin plays a safety protection role to prevent the cable from being cut under normal working conditions due to the operator's misoperation. The part of the cutter body is heat-treated to ensure that the cable can be cut smoothly. Piston part is driven by hydraulic pressure, easy to operate. The back of the piston is threaded to facilitate the removal of the piston for maintenance
