I. Overview:
The Wireline Spooler is mainly used to introduce the wire on the drum into the truck, or the wire on the truck into the drum. It is simple in structure and convenient in operation, and plays a very good auxiliary role in the operation preparation stage.
II.Structure characteristics
The Wireline Spooler is composed of a frame, a motor, a drum support, a lead screw assembly, a hydraulic cylinder, a motor controller, etc. The main body of the frame is welded by square pipe, which is the main bearing structure of the rope winder. The motor drives the sprocket through the chain for one stage deceleration, and the sprocket is directly connected to the drum to install the dial, so as to run without the cylinder. The two ends of the drum can be adjusted according to the size and length of the steel wire drum through the lead screw and lock the fixed wire drum, and the screw on the dial is positioned on the drum section to drive the rolling simple to rotate. The roller support is lifted under the operation of the flow cylinder, which is labor-saving and safe.
III.Precautions:
1. Do not approach the motor and belt when the wire reel is working;
