105MPa Chemical Injection Valve Injection Sub Wireline Pressure Control Equipment
I. Overview:
The chemical injection sub is designed to apply a deicer or corrosion inhibitor to the wire (cable) during a workover operation.
The chemical injection sub is installed under the grease head or stuffing box and uses a replaceable felt filler to wrap the wire and prevent chemicals from passing through the hole.
II.Structural features and application:
The chemical injection head is composed of an integrated body, slips, nonnuts, etc., and is designed with a backflow prevention device and a pipeline check valve, which can close the outlet when the injection is stopped to prevent the backflow of the injected liquid. The connection type is quick connector for easy connection. You can use a hex wrench to remove the valve body, take out the guide tube, etc. When installing the steel ball, you can grease the guide tube and glue the steel ball to it for installation. When replacing the felt washer, first remove the protective cover, and then remove the pressure cap from the protective cover, you can replace the felt washer.
