I .Advantages
a. High speed and stability
b. Automatic tension control: when twisting, the tension need to increasing continuously with the reel to the full plate from classis,(the data set by touch screen). This machine can automatically track the adjustment up tension to make the tension of whole plate uniform; it can adjust the tension through the touch screen.
c. Wire-pass system: using the latest structure, the wire pass directly to the bow-band from main spindle. The bow designed with a unique semi-circular groove design to match the bow with semi-circular ceramic magnetic ring to pass the wire, which avoids stranding scratches and jump wire due to high speed drag.
d. Main spindle lubrication: butter sealed lubricating
e. Safety protection:when the contacts of the start gate and lifts are not in the place and both inside and outside broken, the machine will alarm automatically through touch screen or stop operation.
f. Main spindle and aluminum plate: through high speed balancing device, the noise below80dB.
g. Electrical control: PLC and frequency converter, touch human-machine interface, simple operation.
h. The high quality bow of SK5 is imported from Japan, heat treatment and surface hard chrome plating.
i. Drive system: the machine adopts synchronous belt to drive, accuracy twist pitch, machine without lubrication points, the machine will be clean avoid the gas pollution arising the low quality wires and waste wires.
j. Change pitch: easy operation and only need to replace the capstan wheel based on the correspondence twist pitch list.
k. Pressing device: machine provided with two pressing devices, ensure the conductors twisted round, thin walled insulated wire for security product characteristics, reducing the loss of insulating material.
