Product Description
1.Application The cable as a new-type aerial cable is used for transmitting electric power overhead, extensively used in rebuilding of urban and forest region electrified wire netting. It improves the safety and reliance of electrified wire netting. To be used at cotages of 600V phase-to phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75℃ for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90℃ for cross-liked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.
2.Specification Concentric strand aluminum wires as phase conductor; AAAC(all aluminum alloy conductors) or ACSR(aluminum conductor steel reinforced) as messenger (Neutral) core;Phase conductor is insulated by XLPE or HDPE or PVC.
1). Aluminum Wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes. 2). Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded. 3). Aluminum Conductor, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR). 4). Concentric-Lay-Stranded 6201-T81 Conductors. 5). Compressed Round Stranded Aluminum Conductors Using Single Input Wire. It meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76-474
Covered line wire
Covered line wire is used primarily for overhead secondary distribution lines.It is not an electrically insulated conductor and is treated as bare conductor when installed.
Duplex service drop
To supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites, outdoor or street lighting. For service at 600 volts or lower at a conductor temperature of 75 °C maximum.
Triplex service drop To supply power from the utility’s lines to the consumer’s weatherhead. For service at 600 volts or less (phase to phase) at a conductor temperature of 75°Cmaximum for polyethylene insulation or 90°C maximum for cross linked insulation.
Triplex Service Drop Wire. Triplex aluminum wire has three conductors, with one of them being for neutral path, and two electrodes. The aluminum triplex cable is an electrical cable meant for power distributions from the utility lines to the consumer’s premises through the weather head. It has an operational voltage rating at 600 V and the maximum temperature rating of 75°C.
Messenger: Aluminum triplex cable has a bare ACSR messenger. Optional constructions include a messenger of AAC or 6201 alloy. Insulation: Triplex overhead aluminum wire has a black cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) insulation.
