Feature Description
1. This machine uses Japanese Mitsubishi PLC and HMI touch screen, Japanese YASK servo motor, Japanese SMC cylinder, German FESTO solenoid valve, Japanese Omron OMRON sensor, Japanese THK linear guide.
2. Hot stripping type high-speed computerized wire cutting and stripping machine through the role of the transformer, the use of low-voltage high-current mode of heating, into a hot cutting and hot stripping work mode, instantaneous heating, clean, environmental protection, constant temperature, practical. It easily solves the problem of cutting and peeling the flat wire, headphone wire, Apple phone data cable and special wire containing synthetic fiber (Kevlar, yellow denier, bulletproof wire, anti-breaking wire), avoiding the problem of constant cutting, scratching, core wire scattering and not being able to half peel.
