4. Detailed description:
4.1 Φ1600 center wire pay-off:
Pay-off spool specification: PN630-1600
Max loading capacity: 4 Tons
The tension is controlled by mechanical friction, and the size can be adjusted.
The pay-off is end-axis topping type which could be moved up and down alone to ensure the height adjustment. The two columns can move at the same time or separate axis. There is a slip protection device when loading spool and limited protection when loading and unloading.
4.2 12B, 18B, 24B stranding body:

Speed: 6B/12B: 95rpm
18B: 85rpm
24B: 75rpm

The ends of the twisted body are supported by large bearing, and the main axis is processed by thick seamless steel pipes. The strand body is overall steel plate processing structure. There are total 6 sets support wheel, 1 set for 12B cage, 2 sets for 18B cage and 3 sets for 24B cage. The connection between stranding cage and main spindle adopts shrink disk and key connection type that could ensure the stranding body rotate at high speed for a long time.
The back twisting of the stranding body is achieved by oblique gear which is protected by cover. The connection of back twisting gear and cradle is split shaft type.
The gearbox uses resin sand casting box, which is treated with spraying. The shape is flat and beautiful. It has no pores and residue. It can effectively absorb vibration, reduce noise, and enhance the stability of transmission.
The wire disc is clamped by the end shaft type, the clamping or relaxation uses a nut cover, and there is a safe locking device; the bearing of both ends of the cradle adopts a heart -type bearing.
The stranding body and cradle-rack holes are processed by of CNC boring and milling maching center, which precisely ensure the concentricity of the axis holes at both ends of the cradle and the points of the holes on the twisted cage, which extend the service life of the equipment.
Pay off tension is mechanical friction controlling, the size can be adjusted, the flat tension belt is used, and the top steel belt uses 65mn spring steel.
A wire disconnected protection device is attached to the module of the wire closer to ensure that it has a disconnected automatic parking function.
There are keys, police bells, and dynamic buttons in front of the stranding body to facilitate the operation of the loading and unloading spool.
Each stranding body uses a set of pneumatic butterfly brakes, which is sensitive and reliable to brake.
The stranding gearbox uses a separate motor to drive the gear pump for lubrication.
There are safe protection fences in each section of stranding bodies.
The transmission ground shaft connection uses the column -selling joints.
The tungsten steel mold is used.
