Sintered Mesh Round Plate information:
Sintering mesh according to the use of different materials can be divided into four categories, the first category, the standard sintering mesh (WB series sintering mesh), more than 50% of the standard sintering mesh, is composed of square hole mesh and mat mesh staggered arrangement.
The second kind, punching plate composite sintered net (WC series sintered net), is composed of punching plate and the base stainless steel woven net combination sintering, punching plate can improve the strength of sintering net.
The third type, square hole sintered mesh (WF series sintered mesh), is composed of multilayer square hole mesh arranged in order of sintered mesh, this type has a lower flow resistance, higher permeability.
The fourth category, mat type sintered net (WX series sintered net), is composed of multi-layer mat type net sintered net, change type has higher mechanical strength.
The five-layer sintered mesh is generally divided into five layers of structure, which is divided into four parts: the protective layer, the filter layer, the separation layer and the support layer. The filter material has both uniform and stable filtration precision and high strength and stiffness. It is an ideal filter material for the occasion of high compression strength and uniform filtration particle size.
Because its filter mechanism is surface filtration, and the mesh channel is smooth, it has excellent backwash regeneration performance, can be repeatedly used for a long time, especially suitable for continuous and automatic operation process, is any kind of filter material can not be compared.
The sintered mesh material is easy to be shaped, processed and welded, and can be easily processed into various forms of filter elements such as circular, tubular, conical and filter stripe.
