1. Double crimped is also called plain weave. It is woven directly by straight wire, evenly crimped in warp and weft, providing a rigid construction.
2. Single intermediate crimped is the weaving method, which the weft wire is crimped before weaving and the warp wire is woven directly.
3. Double intermediate crimped is the weaving method, which both the warp and weft wire is crimped before weaving.
4. Lock crimped mesh is a method, which can lock the wire at their own positions through pressed at each side of the raised wire.
5. Flat top crimped, also called pressed crimped, is made from round and profiled plain weave wire. All the mesh knuckles is being on the underside. The structure is very heavy and durable.

65Mn Vibrating Screen Mesh is available in different wire diameters, mesh opening and open area. This is widely used for various applications such as screening, sizing, grading, shifting, separating, scalping and washing. This wire mesh can be also custom designed in case plungers and vibrating rods are needed to insert for protection against tearing. It is installed above rubber beads to avoid metal to metal contacts.When screens form part of the manufacturing process, the profits will depend on the specification of the screens which must be chosen to give optimum performance.

1.When ordering screens the following technical aspects should be taken into account :

• Thick of wire : Thick wire will last longer than thin wire, but will give a smaller open area and will therefore pass less material per unit area.
• Apreture or open area :This is the most important factor in obtaining maximum output. The larger the open area the less screen is wasted and the faster the speed of screening. This open area factor must balanced against the wire diameter to give adequate life
• Mesh :The mesh refers to the number of openings per inch. The mesh is counted by starting from the centre of one wire and counting the number of opening to a point one inch away.
