Chain plate link belt is light weight but very strong design which is made of stainless steel plate . The belt is reinforced by rod and stainless steel conveyor chain for corrosion , rust and temperature resistance under different working conditions . Plate chain conveyor belt is combined with plate and chain link edges . The perforated plate bending to form hinges . The hinges are connected by the cross rods . And then the cross rods are fixed onto the chain link edges to form a solid and durable structure .
Chain plate link belt With Baffle is most commonly used in industrial conveyors for material handling applications . It is made with flat wire spirals that are connected across the belt width with either straight or crimped cross bars . These belts with baffle are easy and convenient to use wit high flexibility , good transparency and anti- temperature advantages .
