Description of wire mesh conveyor belt
Plain Dutch Weave Wire Mesh or Wire Filters are woven in the same way as plain weave mesh . The exception to ordinary Dutch woven wire mesh is that the warp is heavier than the weft . The Dutch woven wire mesh is produced by using a coarse mesh (mesh , woven wire mesh , wire mesh basket) in the warp yarn and a fine mesh having a relatively small wire in the filler . The shape and location of the opening contributes to particle retention and increases filter cake formation .
Feature of wire mesh conveyor belt
In addition to the so-called open-line weave with square or rectangular openings , it can be woven into a 20 micron aperture fineness , with many combinations of filter weaves , remaining in the micron range .
Compared to fiber mats made of paper , synthetic or metal yarns , woven wire cloth specifications are precise geometries with uniform porosity .
A Dutch braided filter made of wire ( stainless steel , brass and alloy ) is used to separate solids and liquids for filtration , such as cleaning fuel or hydraulic fluids , or for water treatment .
