Polyester screen printing mesh description :
The screen printing mesh has low elongation and has high adaptability to inks and substrates, so it is an ideal choice for different screen printing industries. The screen printing screen has a wide range of meshes, which can meet different substrates and use different ink types to complete precious and precise printing. Because of its special characteristics, the screen printing screen is better used in the ceramic industry, and can be used to produce ceramic tiles, tableware, cups and other ceramic products. Or it can be produced directly by screen printing or ceramic decals.
Our machine is imported from German,Sweden Austrian,Japan. we use the high quality imported looms to weave our product.
Usually Reking polyester mesh is from 13T-180T,if you used in printing industry,the mesh count will be from 23T to 165T.all the mesh must be plain weave,Reking mesh is very suitable water-based ink and oil-based ink,if you use for green product,we suggest you use the water-based ink. Oil-based ink are suitalbe for any mesh,the effect is very beautiful.
