Crimped Wire Mesh Machine

The series of crimped wire mesh machine weaves crimped wire net steel, iron,lead and stainless steel wire with big diameter. The net is weaved by the machine after thick wire is forced to crimp by rolling machine.

The crimped wire mesh machine can be divided into full-automatic crimped wire mesh machine, semi-automatic crimped wire mesh machine and hydraulic crimped wire mesh machine. In fact, the hydraulic type is also semi-automatic. The finished product--crimped wire mesh mainly used for mining, coal, petroleum, fertilizer, grain, salt, environmental protection and so on.

1.  Full Automatic Crimped Wire Mesh Machine
 
Full-automatic crimped wire mesh machine mainly weaves little wire diameter. The wire diameter range is 0.4mm-2mm, this machine includes mesh weaving machine, crimped wire machine, rolling mesh part and mould. The aperture is from 1.5mm to 20mm,the cross wore can be fed automatic and not manually. So it is very easy to operate.It is very popular around the world market.
 

 

 2. Semi-Automatic Crimped Wire Mesh Machine

 
Semi-automatic crimped wire mesh machine mainly weaves a little thicker wire, the wire diameter range is 2mm-6mm, this machine also includes mesh weaving machine, crimped wire machine, rolling machine and mould. And the aperture is 3x3mm-50x50mm, the weaving width can reach 4m. The products are widely used in the mine sieving, it is also easy to operate
 

3. Hydraulic Crimped Wire Mesh Machine
Hydraulic crimped wire mesh machine  weaves thick wire, the wire diameter range is 6mm-12mm. And big hole size from 6mmx6mm to 100mmx100mm. This type is also semi-automatic. The machine includes mesh weaving machine,crimped wire machine and mould.
