Double wire full automatic chain link fence machine

1. Production description: 

Our full automatic double wire chain link fence machine, adopts double wire feeding system,it can weave hole size from 30*30mm to 100*100mm with wire diameter from 2.0mm to max 5.0mm.The machine works with soft wire very well, has high production capacity.

The machine is with servo motor,actuating principles,precision positing. It could weave max 5mm wire diameter;

2. Performance:

This machine is double wire feeding ,the production speed is double than single wire feeding machine,the machine is PLC control so the  tolerance is very small +/-1mm,low noise,and 24 hours running the machine is ok,the machine is suitable for both galvanized wire and pvc coated wire;

3. Mchine theory: 

The motor drives the gears to weave the raw materials, to make the wires to be many diamond hole ,then make it to chain link mesh (fence);

The mould hole sizes are based on the moulds' details, different types moulds, different apertures. For example, the mould is designed for 30mm *30mm mesh hole size, the mesh aperture will be 30 mm*30mm.

PLC controls the machine, to start the machine, let the machine to work automaticly, weave the wire materials twisted to be  chain lin mesh (fence).

7. Characteristics

  Spiral forming is realized by a motor controlled by an electronic system, allowing the following operations

    a. Adjust the spiral formation speed according to different types of mesh optimization

    b. Blade positioning

    c. Spiral count to determine the width of the net

    d. Grid count to determine the length of the net

    e. Centralized lubrication, electric pump driven by button.

    The safety device stops the machine if the spiral winding is blocked or the raw material is insufficient.
