TOPTION this type supercritical extraction device is intended for extraction of substances (solid or liquid) under high pressure and at suitable temperatures, and it realizes that change the conditions inside a separator for resolution of dissolved matters.
It mainly consists of extraction kettle, separation kettle, CO2 high pressure pump, entrainer pump, refrigeration system, heat exchange system, CO2 stock tank, liquidometer, purification system, flow meter, temp control system, safety protection device, feed cylinder hoisting system, etc.
Both accessory equipment and the system can meet the demand of the main supercritical extraction system and the requirements of technological flow.

1.Extraction kettle
The extraction kettle is equipped with a water jacketed circulating heating system and feed cylinder for solids and liquids, temperature is adjustable.
Materials : 0Cr18Ni9 Volume: 200L * 3 sets, 300L * 2 sets. Maximum operating pressure: 40MPa
2. Separation kettle
The separation kettle is equipped with a water jacketed circulating heating system, temperature is adjustable.
Materials: 0Cr18Ni9 Maximum operating pressure: 30MPa.
3. CO2 high pressure pump
Flow (three-plunger): 0~400L/h, Adjustable by frequency conversion.
Maximum working pressure: 40Mpa, Pump head equipped with cooling system.
4. Entrainer pump
Flow (double-plunger) : 1/4—20L/h, mechanical adjustment. Maximum operating pressure: 40Mpa.
5. Refrigeration system
Refrigerating capacity: 15000Kcal/h, air or water cooling.
Temperature control range: -5℃～+5℃ , Meeting technological requirements.
6. Heat exchange system
Materials: 0Cr18Ni9 Specification: Φ14, Φ18. Maximum working pressure: 40MPa, 30MPa.
The heat exchange system is equipped with a water jacketed circulating heating system, temperature is adjustable.
7. CO2 stock tank
Materials: 0Cr18Ni9. Maximum operating pressure: 16MPa.
8. Liquid level meter
Materials: 0Cr18Ni9. Maximum working pressure: 16MPa.
9. Flow meter and cumulative meter
Specification: Metal tube float type flow meter digital display remote transmitting 40~400L/h.
Digital display unit: Indicating instant flow and cumulative flow respectively.
10. Temperature control system
Control range: Adjustable from room temperature to 75℃ (water bath).
Dynamic temperature control precision: ±1℃, Double-screen digital display.
11. Safety protection device
Outlet of high pressure pump is equipped with an electronic connecting pressure gauge, with set operating pressure and over-pressure pump trip protection.
Extraction kettle, separation kettle, rectifying column, stock tank and others are equipped with safety valve and over-pressure automatic pressure release protection respectively according to their maximum operating pressures.

13. Feed cylinder hoisting system
The feed cylinder hoisting system is equipped with an electric block, for loading and unloading of feed cylinder.
14. Pipeline
Valves and pipe fittings are DW14 and DW18 respectively.
Containers, valves, pipe fittings and pipelines which contact with fluid are made from 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. The valve rod after heat treatment, is firm and durable.
15. Features of instrument
The chuck ring of extraction kettle can be opened quickly.

16. Power supply and gas supply
Power supply: three-phase and four-line system 380V/50HZ, with total power of 35KW for TOP220-40-48 and normal operation power of 20KW.
CO2: food grade ≥99.5%, unit cylinder net weight ≥22Kg, prepared by the user.
