Main structure features of rotary evaporator laboratory instrument:
1.Main engine component: use antirust aluminium alloy, special engineering plastics, high temperature resistant high quality glass.Compact structure, beautiful appearance, durable and long service life.
2.Main engine transmission: Using precision gear motor, electronic speed, gear and rack type transmission device.Increase the shaft tube aperture, so evaporation tube is 1.5 times bigger than general instruments, improve the efficiency of evaporation.
3.Lifting structure: use mechanical and electrical contact principle, hydraulic auxiliary drive to rising fast, steady decline functions, improve the efficacy.
4.Evaporating pipeline: high quality high temperature resistant glass, fluoroplastics recombination. Two end connect with “silicon fluoride compound sealing ring”, good vacuum sealing performance. Long service life, and coud disassemble to clean and change.
5.Heating bath: use teflon aluminium alloy recombination bath Ø23 * 13cm, outside has special engineering plastic to protect. Fully enclosed electric heater is installed on the antirust aluminum alloy botton case, stable and reliable, and could move according to evaporation request.
6.Vacuum meter: design equipped with vacuum meter and valve ( prevent the liquid in vacuum pump back flow in rotary evaporator’s glass vessels, help you achieve research success in one time), when vacuum degree becomes the lowest, close valve to keep the vacuum degree display in rotary evaporator, decrease the noise in laboratory, longer the service life of vacuum pump.
