1.The double winding of the transformer adopts 200℃ enameled round copper wire, which is better than the insulation grade of similar transformers of imported brands.
2.At the same time, the dual winding adopts series connection, which is better than similar domestic transformers.
3.Most of the domestic transformers of the same type adopt dual-winding parallel connection. This method is not much different from the series method in theory, but the winding requirements for the wire package are much higher than the series connection. Therefore, most of the transformers that use the parallel winding method have load distribution problems. The conditions of equal or mutual load will lead to different temperature rises of different wire groups of the same transformer, and the loss of the transformer will increase. This situation does not exist in the series connection.
